Genuine customer feedback – our review principles
Transparency matters to us. Every customer can leave a review after their purchase, and we publish all feedback – positive and critical, including reviews we consider unfair or even incorrect. That way you see an unfiltered picture of our service.
No sugar-coating: we never change the text of a review. Spelling, wording, praise and criticism stay exactly as written. Only in exceptional cases do we add a comment – for example to explain the background, help with a problem or give an update. The original review always stays unchanged.
Full visibility: all reviews are publicly available on our independent review page on Judge.me.
Besides Judge.me, you are of course welcome to review us on Google or Trustpilot as well.
A note on Trustpilot
In our experience, the visibility and overall rating there are not always consistent. At one point our profile showed an overall score of around 3 stars, even though only 5-star reviews existed at that time. Separately, we clearly distance ourselves from mix-ups and misuse of our name: some providers are associated with our name but have nothing to do with us.
Our recommendation
✔️ If in doubt, always check that the domain, company name and legal notice match the company being reviewed.
✔️ Compare several sources (e.g. Judge.me and Google) and read the critical reviews too.
✔️ We occasionally comment on reviews to clarify things – without changing their content.
✔️ This way you get an authentic, complete picture.
